SOUTH AERO
Aeronautical machining

The SUD AERO Group Machining site, located in Saint-Alban, is composed of more than 40 people operating on a surface area of 5000 m².
With 3 programmers working for client design offices and 17 experienced operators using 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers, The Group is now capable of operating on assemblies up to 2 meters in 5 axes.

With qualified teams and a latest-generation industrial tool, the SUD AERO Aeronautical Machining site works on light metals, aluminum and lithium, as well as on hard metals such as steel or titanium.

Autonomous production
small and large series production runs

The SUD AERO Group is recognized in the aeronautical sector for its responsiveness and versatility in the production of prototyping parts, in the validation of operating processes before serial production and the optimization of production flows.

SUD AERO takes advantage of this expertise by offering its customers an increasingly high capacity in the fields of small and large series, in particular on the new aeronautical machining site in Saint-Alban.

The Group is investing in a permanent approach to optimizing its serial production costs thanks in particular to new palletized and robotic machining centers.
